Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process any requests beyond this period.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered.

  • The seal or packaging must not be broken, tampered with, or damaged.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) must be provided.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • If the product is used, damaged, or broken.

  • If the fragrance bottle has been opened or sprayed.

  • If the packaging is torn, incomplete, or unsealed.

  • If the return request is made after 7 days of receiving the order.

Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept any items that show signs of use or tampering.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

    “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”

  2. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for return/exchange in the email.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item qualifies.

  4. Carefully pack and ship the item to the return address provided by our team.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent)

Processing Time for Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange will be processed promptly. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing, depending on availability and your location.
